This program enables me to calculate individual's macronutrient needs mathematically, taking into account their height, weight, and activity level. To achieve their goals, individuals must meet these target numbers daily. The program offers weekly updates, macro adjustments based on progress, personalized food lists, cardio suggestions, holistic supplement recommendations, and 24/7 support to help you reach your objectives.

CUSTOM EXERCISE PROGRAM -
This workout program is meticulously crafted to align with your individual goals. It encompasses detailed specifications on intensity levels, splits, rep and set distributions, along with recommended NEAT expenditures. Whether your focus is on increasing size and strength, powerlifting, bodybuilding, or your fitness, I can customize the program to meet your specific requirements. CUSTOM NUTRITION PROGRAM -
Custom diet plan created specifically designed for your individualized fitness goals. This program includes weekly check-ins for accountability, cardio regimen, supplement regimen, as well as additional support to help you reach your goals. An optional weekly accountability check in is also available to ensure you are staying on track.

This monthly subscription to my app enables you to manage your fitness regimen conveniently from your device.
