We have all been there. We want to lose weight, drop a few pounds, diet...and we may be successful at first but slowly we go back to our old ways. Shannon's method is different - she customizes each program plan to her client's needs. Each program is individualized based on their hormones, predisposed genetics, environmental factors as well as physical ability. Each fitness program is implemented to the clients' personal strengths.
Shannon's ability to merge nutrition with lifestyle, makes it a much easier transition for individuals trying to move towards a healthier life. We start off with a supporting baseline nutrition and once the goal is attained, we teach our clients how to utilize what they have learned and work it into their everyday life - it's not a diet it's a lifestyle change.
